COMPETITION - DELEGATE'S DUTIES:
• Provide a headshot for the website.
• Make a minimum of 5 appearances by 1/1/2009.
• We also ask that you submit a color photo wearing your sash but this is not required.
• Submit a photo to be judged by 8/15/2008.
• Submit a Portfolio to be judged by 8/15/08.
WINNERS' DUTIES:
• Each national winner must provide at least one high-resolution color photograph wearing her crown & sash.
• Make a minimum of 10 appearances during her national reign.
• Submit a biography for the website.

AGREEMENT
By submitting this information you are agreeing to the following. Please read.
This agreement is legal and binding between the above named and/or legal guardian of the above named, ("Queen"), and the Miss American Coronet™ pageant system owned and operated by Coronet Productions, LLC, ("Miss American Coronet™").
I (and/or legal guardian if under 18 year of age) agree to the following:
Definitions:
Appearance: An act or instance in which Queen wears the crown, and/or banner or refers to herself using the title awarded to her by the Miss American Coronet™ pageant of Coronet Productions, LLC.
Conduct: Behavior toward anyone in the public, including all other Queens (past and present) of Miss American Coronet™.
Portfolio: Materials submitted by Queen to be judged by a panel of judges in determining the winner of the State or National competition of the Miss American Coronet™ pageant(s).
Conditions:
• Miss American Coronet™ may use the names, likeness, and biographical information of Queen, now and in the future, for publicity, promotion, and advertising.
• Miss American Coronet™ is not responsible for arranging appearances and does not guarantee appearances.
• Queen may not make an appearance at establishments requiring patrons to be of legal drinking age (e.g., bars or nightclubs), even if of legal age herself or accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or chaperone.
• Queen may not use obscene language, smoke, or consume alcohol or illicit drugs.
• Queen also may nor engage in any behavior that detracts from the honor of the title awarded to her by Miss American Coronet™.
• Queen must dress in a conservative, unrevealing manner while making appearances.
• Queen must adhere to standards of good conduct while in public and may not engage in verbal or physical harassment.
• Queen must not jeopardize the safety or peace of mind or any person or people while representing the Miss American Coronet™ pageant using her title, crown, or banner awarded to her by Miss American Coronet™.
• Queen may participate in other pageants during her reign and participation with Miss American Coronet™, but she may not neglect her duties to Miss American Coronet because of her participation in any other pageant, including commitments to organizations and charities.
• Queen may re-enter and re-compete if she did not win her national or state title (if a preliminary competition is available), if she won her state or national title uncontested, or if she qualifies for a different age division.
• Queen may not re-enter if she wins her national title without being uncontested and does not qualify for a different age division.
Failure to abide by the terms of this contract will result in Miss American Coronet™ requiring Queen to relinquish all claims to her title awarded by Miss American Coronet™ and may nor make appearances or refer to herself using the title forfeited.
Queen indicates that she has read and agrees tot he terms in this contract and explained on the web site. Queen further agrees that Miss American Coronet™ and its executive officers will not be held liable for lost or stolen property, emotional or psychological stress or issues, nor for any physical injuries that are not directly inflicted upon Queen by Miss American Coronet™ or its officers as the result of competing or participating in any appearance or other activity related to her involvement in the Miss American Coronet™ Pageant.
