Delegates must make appearances. Winner is required to make 10 during her reign.
Delegates will agree to sign a code of conduct and delegate contract.
Delegates will abide by the rules as set forth by the Pageant.
Competition is comprised of:
50% Achievement Portfolio50% Interview / Essay Questions.Deadline for submissions is December 31, 2009
Winner will be announced January 15, 2010.
Information submitted becomes property of the Pageant.
Information supplied, including photos will be published at the discretion of the pageant.
Delegates must provide self-addressed-stamped shipping package for return of materials.
This is NOT a preliminary pageant. This title is a stand-alone National Level Title.

Portfolio is to contain the following as tabbed sectionsMay be in a 3 ring binder or scrapbook of no smaller than 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches. No larger than 12 inches by 12 inches.
1. Cover page - please include your name, title and a photo
2. Introduction - introduce yourself to us; include your family, pets, friends, your dreams/life goals
3. Community service - include volunteer positions, events and appearances
4. Professional service - include entrepreneural roles and any elected offices or committees
5. Education - include as far back as grade school if you desire. Include "school of life."
6. Leadership - include pageants here and all mentor and leadership positions
7. Essay Questions - 10% each
TBAInclude photos with text relating what the photos depict. Documents including certificates and letters of appreciation to support the assertions within the portfolio
Be creative and use different papers, fonts and colors. Make sure your portfolios are clear, legible and your point is made concisely. You are to submit a total of 7 Sections.
Judging will consist of 50% Overall Portfolio (1-6) and 50% Essay Questions
